The Plans I Have For You Journal~A ZonderKids Review
It shouldn’t be a shocker to anyone really that we are all different. We may have similiar features on the outside, like a few of the same things (or alot of them) but we were all created differently. I think that tweens need to start thinking about their futures and what it will look like. Isn’t it awesome that God already has that plan? In the Journal, The Plans I Have For You, you are going to be working on just that! Following the book of the same name you will jot down your thoughts that go with each section. Through doodling, journaling and activities, hopefully you will hear (or start to) hear God’s voice directing you path that has been laid out for your life. It is all stated in Jerimiah 29:11 that God has done the hard part for us, making that plan of what we are supposed to do. This journal will help your plan come into better focus.
The book is laid out in an easy to follow format with a page or two for each day. “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move. Nothing will be inpossible for you” Matthew 17:20, for example, is one of the journaling days. Included in the next prompt in the book asks you to journal about what feels impossible for your today? and Why do you think it feels so hard? and finally, Is there anything you need to pray?
Showing your tween God’s word and giving them direction and reflection is a great way to help guide them on their journey as they discover the amazing plans God has for their life.
