I’m Going to Give You a Bear Hug! by Caroline B Cooney~A ZonderKidz Review
I’m Going to Give You a Bear Hug by Caroline B Cooney is an adorable hardback picture book written about hugs! Who doesn’t love hugs! Who doesn’t need a special hug? This book is great to cuddle in bed with as part of your bedtime routine or give to that special little one in your life.
As you read thru the vividly illustrated pages the story talks about different types of silly hugs: a creepy crawly hug like one of a caterpillar, a webbed feet feathered seat like a duck hug, or a wet and drippy-slimy slippy fish hug. Who has ever heard of a fish hug? I am not quite sure what that would look like, but I love it in the story! Being the mom to 4 blessings, I feel that this book is an excellent book to have some silly and fun bonding time with your child.
