    God Bless Florida, is part of the A Land That I Love Series, illustrated by Peter Francis.  This chunky little board book is colorful, sturdy and durable for those little fingers to explore.  Join Henry as he visits the Sunshine State, Florida!

     “When he gets to Daytona, he joins in a race,

     Speeding and weaving right into first place!

    He crosses the finish line-this bear can’t be beat.

   The whole crowd goes wild and jumps to their feet.”

 

  This series is a great way to introduce some of the amazing history within our country.  It ends with a prayer of thankfulness for the wonderful state that God created for us.  I recommend this series to anyone with little ones either for pure enjoyment or to supplement your curriculum

About the author:  Peter Francis lives and works in the U.K.  When he’s not following Henry’s travels, he can be found sketching frantically in his studio, investigating hidden landscapes, or growing his own vegetables.
